Resin-bonded Zirconia Alumina Flap Discs
LotFancy flap discs are made from zirconia alumina, designed
for high speed sanding and heavy duty removal, delivering fast and long

Zirconia alumina abrasive provides extended service life and
more cutting power than aluminum oxide, saving replacement costs and
sanding time.
They are durable, heat-resistant, moisture-resistant, anti-static and anti-clogging.
Bonded with fiberglass backing to absorb tool vibration and offer additional durability and reinforcement.
Overlapped abrasive strips offer more efficient sanding
effect and longer service life than conventional fiber discs.
Type 29 High Density Jumbo Flap Discs
High Density Jumbo Flap Discs exceed other flap discs by
containing 40% more abrasives on each flap as compared to the regular
density flap discs.
These grinding wheels are more durable than standard flap discs.
These 4.5″ flap sanding wheels are Type 29 – Angled grinding face for higher pressure grinding requirements.
They are great for contours, edge and weld blending, and radius grinding.
